Designed for working in complex and aggressive environments, the THD 900 is perfectly adapted to fill and seal the PREMADE DOYPACK Pouches (with or without caps).

Nine stations (up to three dosing stations) allow various layouts for filling, sealing, and fitting accessories. Secured by the carrousel grippers, the pouches are opened, filled, sealed, cooled, and ejected. Servo-motors control motions (turret rotation, opening grippers and regulations). The THD900 has been built to facilitate adjustments. The THD900 can be packaged in “mono” (1 pouch/cycle), “duo” (2 pouches/cycle) or “trio” mode (3 pouches/cycle).
