Thimonnier’s standard aseptic packing technology in its THP models ensures that UHT products can be stored for 1 to 3 months at room temperature (outside of the cool chain).

The latest technology used for the THP aseptic models (actuators, automation, aseptic conditioning) meets all specifications for production rate and quality for the final product. The THP 7100 / 7200 / 7300 (1, 2 or 3 filling spouts) are entirely controlled by actuators for greater flexibility and dosage precision at high speeds. An anti-mix connection valve on the main milk packaging line and permanent monitoring of the sterile air exhaust and the CIP/SIP system ensure sterility without disassembly.
The pouches are filled with sterile air injected from a buffer tank under constant pressure and equipped with a proportional valve and a level sensor. The THP models are built from stainless steel, including frames (304L & 316L for the parts that contact the product).
