Thimonnier’s SF range is a filling capping machine for DOYPACK® spouted and inverted pouches. Preformed pouches are placed manually or automatically on rails at the machine’s entrance.
They are sorted and can be printed (expiring dates, batch number). The machine then fills the pouches and puts the caps on (using a measured tightening torque), and then a camera or a laser assesses the capping before the conveyor belt ejects the pouches. The new filling-capping machine can process two pouches simultaneously, double the capacity of the former generation, reaching 60 to 80 pouches per minute. Moreover, the compact modular machines designed by Thimonnier allow the user to join several SFs and have them work in parallel.
The machine offers agro-food industrial companies the flexibility they need, accepting a wide range of pouch formats from 90 ml to 2 litres. It also allows the use of pouches from any supplier, demonstrating its adaptability to diverse production needs.
