The THD800 is perfectly adapted for filling and sealing premade Doupack pouches( with or without caps). Eight stations (up to 3 dosing stations) allow various configurations for filling, sealing and adding accessories.

Held by the carousel’s grippers, the pouches are opened, filled, sealed, cooled and ejected. With its easy-to-adjust design for changes in pouch size, the THD800 can be set in either «MONO» (1 pouch/cycle) or «DUO» (2 pouches/cycle) mode, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
