The BI-Active heat-impulse system ( two heating jaws) allows high-quality sealing. A pneumatic cylinder activates the jaws, which are adjustable according to the bag’s dimensions.

The sealing part is fitted on a stainless steel frame. The control box is also made of stainless steel and is completely waterproof (IP65). The welding cycle is automatic. First, the operator places the bag between the jaws. Then, to begin welding, he only has to push the manual switch with the back of his hand.

The entire time of these operations never exceeds 5 seconds but is often shorter. During the sealing cycle, the bag is held, leaving the operator's hands-free to fill the next bag. Two timers fitted on the control panel control the welding and cooling time. Time adjustments are made according to the materials used and the output required.
