The M1300 is ideally suited for (Wallet Folding), filling and sealing cushion bags (Pillow Pouch) from PE film or complex on a reel. Depending on the packaging film, it is equipped with impulse welding (more often used) or thermal cutting.
Its dosing system has been designed for better precision, regardless of the nature of the packaged product. With a simple and robust design, the M1300 is characterized by its reliability and small footprint. The M1300’s control screen is designed for intuitive operation and displays production parameters such as defect alerts, parameter adjustments, and production rates.
The integration of clean-in-place (CIP) during the design phase ensures easy maintenance, and all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The pneumatic control of the welding jaws and the separate electrical cabinet allows easy and inexpensive maintenance.
