The Dicer cuts twelve products per minute into cubes of 25 by 25 by 25 mm. The product is placed manually on the conveyor belt that transports the fruit into the machine. Personal contact with the blades is impossible due to this extremely safe construction.
The conveyor belt sets the fruit in the right position for the first stroke. Here the fruit is guided through a combination of horizontal and vertical blades, resulting in fruit fingers. On the next stroke, the fingers pass sideways through a set of vertical blades. Resulting in sharply edged cubes. Ready to freeze, dry, or use directly in for example fruit salads.
