The Quadro FLexSift’s convenient inline design has revolutionized security screening equipment technology, improving efficiency by 80%.
Install the FlexSift near the beginning of your process stream to effectively deagglomerate raw materials whilst capturing and retaining foreign materials and other impurities before they can contaminate your final product. Set another machine before packing to ensure the final product is risk-free and protects your brand reputation.
The centrifugal acceleration within the sifting chamber ensures a continuous flow of particles through the mesh, which is carefully selected to meet your precise process specifications. Any impurities are retained for later removal.
The spoiler arm is designed to gently deagglomerate without reducing the size of the particles. Quiet and dust-free, it improves the working environment.
