General Manager

Deane has worked in the processing and packaging industry for over 25 years, starting his career sweeping the factory floors in his family’s business, which manufactured shrink-wrapping systems. So, you could say it’s in his blood, literally.

Deane’s strength is his focus on people and creating opportunities for professional growth and development by setting clear expectations and allowing people to take ownership of achieving the agreed outcomes, all while being open and available to offer support and guidance. Deane values team synergy, stating,

Director

Mark has extensive business experience, having run his own company for over twenty years. With a previous background in the Dairy Industry, he has a passion for the food sector and innovation. He is always looking for innovative new opportunities for customers or within the existing business.

Mark is a member of the team who balances his commitments across companies within the Process Solutions Group. As one of Proquip Solutions Ltd’s directors, Mark is involved in the company’s ongoing development and offers guidance to the staff.

Sales Manager

Gary brings over 15 years of experience and a technical depth that aids in the development of robust “fit for purpose” solutions for our valued customers.

Formerly a toolmaker, he mastered CNC Lathe and Mill programming before transitioning to sales, starting internally, and advancing to external roles.

With five years at Proquip Solutions, Gary brings dependability and focus to our sales team with an eye on growth and development for the Proquip Solutions sales experience. Outside of work, Gary has a passion for cooking and his vinyl collection.

Technical Sales Consultant - Capital Equipment

With over three decades of experience in the processing and packaging industry, Joel’s versatile background spans various industries, including the pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and FMCG sectors.

From managing start-up operations to overseeing turnkey projects, Joel’s expertise provides our customers with “real world” experience and a dependable approach to the development of solid solutions. Beyond work, Joel indulges in a unique hobby, collecting beer glasses from his domestic and international travels, amassing 13 years of glass memorabilia. 

We’re fortunate to have Joel as part of our team, driving success and flying the Proquip Solutions flag. 

Sales Support

Lisa, is part of our sales team and office administration and process support, ensuring detail and accuracy, resulting in a more efficient sales team.

With extensive experience in office support and administration, Lisa brings dynamic skills, exceptional communication, and intuitive client understanding. Lisa takes pride in her organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail. Lisa has a genuine passion for supporting the team to achieve their goals and maximise their time management. 

Beyond the office, Lisa explores New Zealand’s beauty, finding joy in simple pleasures. 

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Fiona joined PSG Holdings Ltd, of which Proquip Solutions is a member, in 2020, bringing over 20 years of accounting expertise that has been pivotal in the group’s financial management.

Fiona offers support and guidance to all members of the group and is always ready to help and values assisting companies in reaching their financial goals.

Beyond her role, Fiona shares her musical talent in a community choir and bakes generously for “Good Bitch’s Baking”.

Administration Manager

Jo is a key member of the Proquip Solutions team, and alongside Fiona, Jo handles all things financial, as well as HR, customer service, logistics, and supply principal communications.

With seven years at Proquip Solutions, Jo’s extensive knowledge and experience make her the go-to person for the company. Jo finds joy in working with numbers and assisting others, while her weekends are filled with family and quality time with her cat, basking in the sun.

Friendly, productive, and with a great sense of humour, Jo is an invaluable asset to our team.

Digital Marketing

Jyonica became a part of Proquip in 2022, responsible for Proquip marketing. 

Originally from India, she completed her literature and marketing degree at Massey University,  Auckland. Within her role, Jyonica manages various aspects of marketing programs, including content development, website management, performance analysis, and more. 

Beyond her professional duties, she finds fulfilment in activities such as Aerial yoga and dance classes, demonstrating maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle.

Workshop Manager

Since 2017, Paul has been looking after the technical, warehouse and workshop functions of Proquip Solutions. Paul also manages all our large-scale logistical functions, given his experience with machinery and manufacturing challenges.

Dependability and a “get on and get it done” attitude are what describe Paul best. Outside of work, Paul enjoys soccer and fishing and is often out on his boat or travelling the country for fishing tournaments.
