Designed to meet the high expectations of the modern food processing industry. Perfect system for having or quartering and dunking peppers and can be operated by one person. It can process up to 60 pepper per minute and thus 3,600 peppers per hour.
The peppers are manually placed on a belt with product holders, which transports can be loaded with products at the same time. Thanks to the special product mounts, the peppers stay perfectly aligned when they are drunk or cut.
