KMK produces a wide range of stationary conveyors, both horizontal and vertical. All stationary conveyors are manufactured according to individual customer orders.
Stationary conveyors are available in two variants: horizontal with a smooth PVC belt and lifting conveyors equipped with a PVC belt with drivers. The standard equipment of each conveyor is a charging hopper made of foamed acid-resistant sheet metal. Optionally, loading conveyors can be equipped with an adjustable chute or conveyor bend enabling horizontal product discharge.
- All dimensions: conveyor length, belt width, loading height, feeding height, inclination angle and issues such as belt speed or the arrangement of drivers on the belt are each time agreed with the customer.
- As standard, the machine is made of powder-coated steel. All elements in direct contact with the product are made of acid-resistant steel.
