R1/R2 raschel machines are used for packing potatoes, onions, carrots, parsley and beets into raschel bags ranging from 2.5 kg to 25 kg.
The principle of operation of the rasher is to cut the bags wrapped on rolls, fill them with a weighed portion of vegetables and sew them up. The R2 raster is equipped with a Fischbein F100 double-thread stitcher, while the R1 raster is equipped with a Fischbein/Newlong single-thread stapler.
- A sensor on the machine's hopper controls its throughput, preventing disruptions in work caused by products accidentally hanging on the hopper.
- Additional equipment includes: a vibration motor of the hopper, which unclogs the hopper during operation, and a vibration motor of the conveyor belt, which causes the filled bag to vibrate, thanks to which the tangled vegetables are arranged evenly in the bag, which is particularly important when packing root vegetables.
