Vertical form, fill, and seal machines create bags from flat films on reels. They are suitable for packing many food and non-food products. The UP 350 is hygienic and constructed of stainless steel.
Together with the open construction, the machine is very easy to clean. Due to its low height and small footprint, the machine is versatile in small production areas and industrial environments. The machine is available in two versions.
One has a pneumatically driven seal system, and the other has a version with a servo-driven seal system. With its extensive range in pack sizes (75 up to 350 mm bag width and unlimited bag length) and a capacity of up to 50 bags per minute (70 bags per minute for the full servo version), this machine can be used in various packaging situations.
In the standard configuration, it produces pillow bags. Optionally, the machine can also produce self-standing bags or Quadro-seal bags. The modular construction guarantees that each module can be exchanged within minutes. This creates a reduction in downtime and costs during maintenance work. Options and components can be retrofitted easily and quickly.
