The Hitech Top and Tail Cutting Machine is ideal for trimming spring onions, chives, kale, and other vegetables at 60 to 80 heads per minute.
The conveyor belt is equipped with product holders to ensure optimal product distribution. Additionally, an upper belt supports the raw material at the cutting section to keep it in place during cutting.
- Without adjusting the machine, products of different sizes can be processed.
- Different cutting and belt speed settings can be adjusted in the menu on the touchscreen.
- The rotating knife can be set between 10 and 80 mm. The cutting positions can be adjusted manually.
