A unique benchtop powder milling and screening platform offering five milling, size reduction, and processing solutions. Smart-Detect™ technology enables the milling and screening heads to be swapped within seconds with no setup required.
The SLS Scalable Lab System™ assures that particle sizes and distributions achieved in the lab can be directly transferred to production-scale equipment. The operating parameters are simply transposed from small-scale to full-scale production.
Key size reduction and material processing technologies are possible from one single platform. Using the interchangeable heads, you can achieve lab-scale conical milling, hammer milling and screening. The built-in Smart-Detect™ technology recognizes the head being installed and adjusts the speed range accordingly. This bench-top size milling machine is space-saving as well as cost-effective to own.
