The Cap 68 cabbage cutting machine is suitable for efficiently processing large quantities of whole cabbages (e.g. white and red cabbage) up to a diameter of 270 mm.
Cutting disks are available as standard in the following cutting thicknesses: 1.3 mm, 1.8 mm, 2.3 mm and 2.8 mm. Other cutting thicknesses can be offered on request.
Optionally, a discharge belt can be added to the CAP 68 to ensure the continuous discharge of the cut cabbage for further processing or packaging.
